We’ve all been there at times. Struggling to find structure, self-discipline, and meaning when faced with hard things. I built this program for people like me: high-performing professionals who know they’re capable of more but need the right tools to get there.

I built this program by blending real-world experience with cutting-edge behavioral science, including insights from James Clear’s Atomic Habits and BJ Fogg’s Behavior Model. Whether you’re tackling a career transition, addressing a major life event, or just breaking old habits, my no-BS approach will give you the structure and focus you need to succeed.

Let’s work together to create meaningful change in your life—starting now.
